Strong, lightweight aluminum welded construction provides for easy handling and resists punishment
Expanded urethane insulation between inner and outer shells creates effective thermal barrier
Solid aluminum door fits snugly against cabinet and swings full 270 to fit flush against cabinet side when open
Model has heavy-duty, NSF-listed 5" swivel caster wheels with front lock casters
Unit designed to hold 34 full-size sheet pans (18" x 26") or 68 half-size pans (13" x 18"
Pan supports are integral with side panels and are 9/16" wide (17-5/8" fall-through) on 1-1/2" centers
Fitted with ceiling exhaust vent and rear pan stops to ensure sufficient air flow to support use of chafer fuel as heat source
Heating unit has three heating elements - one in water pan for humidity control and two in blower for heat circulation
Heating unit can be simply unplugged and removed for easy cleaning - also allows use as a non-heated unit
Heaing unit provides separate controls for on/off, proof/hold, humidity and temperature (to 175 F)
