House of Rental was founded in 1969 to provide the finest quality rental equipment and professional service to the Chicago Metro Area. Our commitment to excellence has been the secret to almost five decades of success. We are a second-generation, family-run business. From our humble beginnings in a small Skokie storefront, we have grown to a modern showroom and warehouses to serve the needs of our customers. House of Rental has been serving the North Shore metropolitan Chicago area for over 54 years.

To keep up with new products and equipment, and the latest in education and training, House of Rental has maintained membership in the American Rental Association since our early years in business. Our management and staff attend the Annual ARA Trade Show and many regional educational programs and conferences throughout the year.
